Official Rules
A limit of one online entry per day is allowed per individual and per e-mail address for each separate online giveaway unless otherwise specified. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible.
All entries received by 11:59 P.M., PT, 12/28/2018 will be eligible for the Turkey or Ham Giveaway. You will automatically be entered into this Giveaway by completing and submitting the Registration entry form. Upon timely entry, you will be fully eligible to win. Entries submitted after the deadline will be deemed invalid.
Giveaways will be awarded as follows: If the Registration Form assigned to a timely entrant is randomly selected, the winner will receive either a HoneyBaked Turkey or half Ham or Turkey (substituted by an equivalent brand to HoneyBaked Ham where HoneyBaked Ham is not offered). Random selections will be awarded December 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th, of 2018. The order will be placed in the entrant’s name and prepaid for pickup at a location nearest to the address listed on the Registration Form.
Winners will be notified by email and by mail. Winners will be notified by email and an official letter that will be sent to the address on the Entry form. Winners have 30 days to accept prize or it will be forfeited. Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
This online Giveaway is only open to U.S. residents of the following states AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, & WY who are physically located and residing within their respective country of residence. Void where prohibited. Principals and employees of Connection Records, LLC, their affiliates and subsidiaries, their contest processors, and their immediate families are not eligible.
